Election of three Parish Councillors
for the parish listed below
Parish: Burlescombe
Number of parish councillors to be elected: Three
- Forms of nomination as a candidate for the above parish council election may be obtained from Mid Devon District Council offices, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, EX16 6PP (or by emailing elections@middevon.gov.uk )
- Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP between 10am and 4pm from Thursday 17 October 2024 to 4pm on Friday 25 October 2024.
- If the election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 21 November 2024.
- Applications to be added to the electoral register must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP by Tuesday 5 November 2024.
- Applications for, amendments to or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 6 November 2024.
- Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 13 November 2024.
- Emergency proxy applications (on grounds of physical incapacity or employment, where that physical incapacity or work commitment occurred after 5pm on Wednesday 13 November 2024), must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Thursday 21 November 2024.
